Description:
This 31 year old patient underwent sexual reassignment surgery in 1987 in Europe. She underwent creation of a clitoral hood to cover her large clitoris, formation of labia minora, fat redistribution to eliminate a suprapubic concavity, and movement of her urethra into the vagina to a more normal location.
