25 year old with a large pubic fat pad and excess skin. She previously had large volume weight loss and body contouring surgery including a tummy tuck.  The surgeon tried  unsuccessfully several times to eliminate the pubic bulge.  She underwent a pubic lift and pubic fat removal.
