Description:

24 year old who had a clitoral hood reduction along with a trimming labiaplasty resulting in amputation of both labia minora. She underwent reconstruction of both labia minora with clitoral hood flaps to recreate both labia minora. Also various excisions and skin advancements were used to improve the attachments of the clitoris to the new labia minora and to improve the bottom of the retained labia.
