Woman who had bilateral trimming labiaplasty resulting in irregular edges with severe scalloping, bulky clitoral hood area and upper labia minora, and partial labia minora amputations. Reconstruction included “Alter V” excisions of the upper labia minora and clitoral hood plus scar revisions of the labia minora to reduce scalloping.
