These include penile surgery for BXO (balanitis xerotica obliterans), lymphedema, and other unusual maladies. The surgeries are tailored for the individual patient.

Various congenital and acquired deformities of the scrotum can be reconstructed. If the entire scrotum is enlarged with lymphedema, or another irreversible cause, a new scrotum can be reconstructed from skin grafts. The new scrotum can appear remarkably normal.
